Community is at the centre of everything we do. Having worked in the west for more than a decade, we understand the unique pace, pressures and strengths of the people who live and work here. Our clinic was designed to be a welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and cared for as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

Alongside our private practice we run a community clinic in West Footscray to support clients impacted by cost of living pressures and changes to NDIS plans. This clinic is one small way we are responding to help take the edge off, manage pain, and offer ongoing support in a more accessible way.

During pregnancy, Shiatsu aims to target new aches, pains and swollen limbs that pop up unexpectedly as the trimesters progress. Provide pregnancy-safe acupuncture points that help to ease tension and provide relaxation, supporting cervical softening and induction.

You can rest easy on our large floor futon and feel completely supported without the barriers of a massage table. If getting on the floor isn’t comfortable, we can easily move to a massage table and if baby sitters aren’t present, your new baby is welcome to attend the session on the futon.
