If you’re in the early stages of pre-conception or working closely with an IVF clinic, we are here to support all aspects of your health through an integrative approach.

We work closely with you and your partner to investigate and address any obstacles to pregnancy, interpret blood test results through the lenses of traditional and modern medicine, and collaborate with your doctor or specialist throughout the process.

PREGNANCY

Our practitioners understand pregnancy intimately and the unique and transformative nature of this journey.

We know that pregnancy can bring both beautiful moments and challenges, physically and emotionally.

Our goal is to support you through every trimester—helping you navigate the changes, manage stress, and embrace the beauty of your own experience.

ACUPUNCTURE FOR BIRTH PREPARATION

From 35 weeks, we recommend weekly acupuncture treatments to support you as you prepare for labour and birth. This is by:

  • Prompting optimal positioning of your baby

  • Easing tension and encouraging relaxation

  • Supporting cervical softening and ripening

As you near 40 weeks, we may use more stimulating acupuncture points to help induce labour if necessary.
